The months after having a baby are some of the most nutritionally important for new mothers. About Me
I am a qualified IIN health coach and new mother, and have made it my mission to feel my best through an often challenging and sleep-deprived postpartum year. Through my own research and work with fertility nutritionists I want to share what I have learnt, to help you feel your best in these unique months!
